Appointments
Scheduling an appointment at Westwoods Dental can be done by phone or in person. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or are experiencing an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting time. Due to the fact that Westwoods Dental provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
You can help us stay on schedule by arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to be checked in without being rushed, providing ample time to answer any questions you may have prior to your treatment.

Tuesday — 8am to 7pm (Appointment only after 4pm)
Wednesday — 8am to 4pm
Thursday — 8am to 4pm
Friday — 8am to 4pm (Appointment only)

New Patients
To register as a new patient, please call our office at +1 (613) 389-1099, email us at info@westwoodsdental.com, or stop by in person. Our team will be happy to help you get started and answer any questions you may have.
When registering, you’ll typically be asked to provide basic personal information, a list of any medications you're currently taking, your dental insurance details (if applicable), and a brief medical history. Having this information ready will help us ensure your first visit goes smoothly and that we can provide the best possible care.
